Hi I'm Norm
and I am an organ nut. I've put together a collection of organs that I
enjoyed playing throughout my career, many are in full working order
and a lot more are awaiting restoration.
I am able to
do both cabinet restoration and electronic repairs myself. I am lucky
in being able to do this as my wife Jill and I are both pilots, we
live on the Temora Airport estate and have a large hanger behind our
house to show off my showcase of organs.
I have managed
to get most of the organs for my collection however I still on the
look out for a couple of specific instruments.
I also have a
keen interest in Theatre pipe organs and seek them out where possible
however I am rarely in the capital cities at the appropriate times to
catch up with them.
I am currently
building a cabinet for my Virtual Theatre Pipe Organ or VTPO
having built a prototype which allows me to be able to play whilst
putting the full box and dice together.
